Matcha powder

Hot drink preparation method

  1. Add 40g matcha powder and 20g milk powder to a shaker, stir with 50ml hot water until the matcha powder is fully dissolved;
  2. Add 350ml hot water and 5ml rock sugar syrup, shake well;
  3. Pour into the serving cup, remove the foam, add milk cap to fill the cup, and it is done.

Iced drink preparation method

  1. Add 40g matcha powder and 20g milk powder to a shaker, stir with 50ml hot water until the matcha powder is fully dissolved;
  2. Add 150ml ice water, then add 200g ice cubes and 5ml rock sugar syrup, shake well;
  3. Pour into the serving cup, remove the foam, add milk cap to fill the cup, and it is done.
