Matcha powder
Hot drink preparation method
- Add 40g matcha powder and 20g milk powder to a shaker, stir with 50ml hot water until the matcha powder is fully dissolved;
- Add 350ml hot water and 5ml rock sugar syrup, shake well;
- Pour into the serving cup, remove the foam, add milk cap to fill the cup, and it is done.
Iced drink preparation method
- Add 40g matcha powder and 20g milk powder to a shaker, stir with 50ml hot water until the matcha powder is fully dissolved;
- Add 150ml ice water, then add 200g ice cubes and 5ml rock sugar syrup, shake well;
- Pour into the serving cup, remove the foam, add milk cap to fill the cup, and it is done.
